    Abstract: Provided are a method, target and application for NO accumulation to decrease invasiveness of Pseudomonas aeruginosa; achieving NO accumulation by means of external NO donors or disruption of internal NO metabolism in an environment where Pseudomonas aeruginosa is growing or being cultured, in order to decrease production by Pseudomonas aeruginosa of the invasion factor pyocyanin. Utilizing even micro-quantities of NO can significantly inhibit Pseudomonas aeruginosa PCN (PCN synthesis down 82% with 60 ?M SNP treatment); by inhibiting NO reductase, an enzyme related to NO metabolism, PCN synthesis can be significantly inhibited (the PAO1-?nor strain has 84% PCN reduction). Using NO donors or inhibiting enzymes involved in Pseudomonas aeruginosa NO metabolism as a means of combating bacterial infectious disease does not affect the body's normal microflora like traditional antibiotics.

    Abstract: A method of applying a riblet structure coating on the internal surface of a pipe includes coating the internal surface of a pipe with a resin layer and applying a cavity mold having a reverse riblet pattern structure to the coated internal surface of the pipe. A flexible air bag is inserted into the interior of the pipe and charged with air to hold the mold against the coated internal surface of the pipe. The air bag may be charged with air for a sufficient amount of time to allow the coating to cure in the riblet shape of the mold. Afterwards, the air bag and the mold are removed from the pipe to yield a pipe coated with an internal riblet structure.

The material includes following components in parts by weight: 75-95 parts of an ABS resin, 4-20 parts of a heat-resistant agent, 0.5-5 parts of a formaldehyde-scavenging masterbatch, 0.1-1 part of a formaldehyde-scavenging agent and 0.5-1 part of other auxiliaries. During preparation, the ABS resin, the heat-resistant agent and the other auxiliaries are mixed and fed through a main feeding port of a twin-screw extruder; and the formaldehyde-scavenging masterbatch and the formaldehyde-scavenging agent are fed to a rear section of the extruder, extruded and pelletized. By the method of the present invention, the content of formaldehyde in particles can be reduced by 40%, and the content of formaldehyde in a closed space can be reduced by 50% or more. Moreover, the content of other volatile organic compounds is reduced by 10% to 20%.
