Abstract: Provided are an attenuated virus of a flavivirus virus and the use thereof. The attenuated virus comprises a polyadenylic acid (poly(A)) sequence, wherein the polyadenylic acid (poly(A)) is used for replacing a part of the nucleotide sequence of a 3? untranslated region (3?UTR) of the flavivirus virus, so that the 3? untranslated region (3?UTR) of the attenuated virus obtained after the part of the nucleotide sequence of the flavivirus virus is replaced at least retains a 3?-end stem loop region (3?SL). The attenuated virus can be used for preparing safe and effective attenuated vaccine strains.

Abstract: This application relates to a communication method and apparatus using an unlicensed spectrum, applied to the field of short-range communication, and in particular, to scenarios such as smart driving, smart home, and intelligent manufacturing. The method includes: generating broadcast information; and sending the broadcast information on at least one broadcast channel on a predefined frequency band, where the at least one broadcast channel includes a first broadcast channel, and a center frequency of the first broadcast channel is 2403 MHz, 2404 MHz, 2420 MHz, 2421 MHz, 2422 MHz, 2423 MHz, 2424 MHz, or 2481 MHz. According to a broadcast channel configuration manner in this solution, signal interference on the unlicensed spectrum can be reduced, and communication quality can be improved.

Abstract: The invention discloses a microcrack-based strain sensing element and a preparation method and use thereof. The microcrack-based strain sensing element includes a substrate layer, a metal film, a protective layer, an output electrode, and a packaging layer. The metal film is arranged on the substrate layer. The metal film is formed by deposition of two metal materials. The metal film is provided with a patterned crack structure. The protective layer is arranged on the metal film. The output electrode is connected to the metal film for outputting an electrical signal. The packaging layer is arranged on the protective layer. Compared with existing crack preparation technologies, the preparation method of the microcrack-based strain sensing element of the invention has higher-precision crack controllability, does not affect the service life of cracks, and achieves more optimized actual operation.

Abstract: A pixel-driving circuit and a display device are provided. The pixel-driving circuit includes a switching circuit and a driving circuit. The switching circuit is activated according to one of first and second scan signals to provide a corresponding one of first and second data signals. The driving circuit is connected with the switching circuit and a light-emitting component, and generates a driving current according to the corresponding one of the first and second data signals to drive the light-emitting component. In driving periods of the first and second data signals, the first and second data signals are pulse signals having sub-cycles with different driving periods. By providing the first and second data signals with different time sequence of the sub-cycles to alternately drive the light-emitting component, a ratio cycle of the smallest sub-cycle is enhanced, thereby reducing the driving frequency.

Abstract: Techniques for data processing involve: performing, according to a determination that a programmable circuit receives user-written data, data feature detection by the programmable circuit on a first part of the user-written data. Such techniques further involve: replacing, in response to the first part matching a predetermined data feature, the first part by the programmable circuit with a data representation corresponding to the predetermined data feature. In addition, such techniques involve: writing the data representation to a cache region of a storage system. Accordingly, such techniques can save cache resources of a storage system and can save CPU of the storage system, thus avoiding the latency due to data feature detection and improving the user experience.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method, system and computer program product for semantic search based on a graph database. In some embodiments, a method is disclosed. According to the method, the user jobs of a user are obtained from a first software product. Based on the user jobs, target test cases are selected from a plurality of test cases associated with the first software product and a second software product. The target test cases are applied to the first software product and the second software product, and in accordance with a determination that a result of applying the target test cases satisfies a predetermined criterion, an instruction is provided to indicate migrating from the first software product to the second software product. A plurality of confused search interactions are constructed for the search interaction based on the first number of text clusters, and the plurality of confused search interactions are performed.
