According to the method and an apparatus for determining contention window information in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the control signaling is sent to the UE, so that the contention window information of the UE can be adjusted, the UE can obtain an appropriate contention window information, and fair channel access is implemented through channel sensing based on random backoff.

The network device sends the slot format index to the terminal device. With the embodiments of the present invention, the UE can detect the D-PDCCH, and therefore data transmission is ensured. Furthermore, a blind detection of a PDCCH by the UE based on time-frequency resources in an existing system is extended to a spatial dimension, that is, an antenna port, thereby increasing the efficiency of resource utilization, so that the D-PDCCH can be detected in the spatial dimension.
