    Abstract: This disclosure provides a transmission resource indication method, a transmission method, a network device, and a terminal. The transmission resource indication method includes: sending first indication information to a terminal, where the first indication information indicates, by using a bitmap, a transmission resource for detection by the terminal, and the transmission resource is an LBT subband of a bandwidth part BWP or a component carrier CC in carrier aggregation. By using the bitmap, the transmission resource for detection by the terminal, so that after receiving the first indication information, the terminal can perform detection on the corresponding transmission resource within the COT based on the first indication information. In this way, the number of transmission resources for detection by the terminal can be reduced, thereby reducing power consumption of the terminal.
