Abstract: The embodiments herein relate to support of preferred service provider/producer query for Network Repository Function (NRF). In some embodiments, there proposes a method performed by a first network function implementing a service consumer. In an embodiment, the method may comprise the step of transmitting to a second network function implementing a NRF, a discovery request for discovering one or more third network functions implementing service producers. The discovery request may include a preference indication for indicating whether one or more combined third network functions or one or more standalone third network functions are preferred. The method may further comprise the step of receiving from the second network function a discovery response including information about the discovered one or more third network functions The discovered one or more third network functions may be provided based on the preference indication by the second network function.

Abstract: According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a method and apparatus for rewriting a narrative text, a device, and a medium are provided. The method includes determining a change to a sentence in a narrative text. An initial context of the sentence before the change is different from a target context of a changed sentence. The method further includes performing, based on inconsistency between a text part after the sentence in the narrative text and the target context, at least one edit operation on the text part to generate at least one edited version of the text part. The method further includes replacing the text part with an edited version in the at least one edited version to obtain a rewritten narrative text. In this way, the narrative text can be rewritten with a small number of edits while ensuring contextual coherence.

Based on the precise modification of the pAPN gene while capable of avoiding disruption or alteration of the normal expression of other amino acids in the pAPN, the physiological activity function of pAPN protein on the basis of resisting TGEV infection is retained.

Specifically, a compound of Formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or an optical isomer, or an isotope-substituted form thereof is provided. The compound effectively inhibits the SARS-CoV-2 3CLpro activity, and is useful in the preparation of a SARS-CoV-2 3CLpro inhibitor to block the replication and transcription of SARS-CoV-2 viruses in patients. The compound prepared in the present invention has high in-vitro safety, and very good prospect of application in the preparation of SARS-CoV-2 3CLpro inhibitors and anti-SARS-CoV-2 drugs.
