    Abstract: This invention unveils an optical microphone utilizing diamond cantilevers and its associated acoustic sensing system. The core component is a diamond cantilever, featuring a diamond diaphragm with a centrally located U-shaped groove. The manufacturing process involves several key steps: initially preparing the diamond diaphragm using silicon in a chemical vapor deposition setup, where methane and hydrogen are reacted under specific temperature and pressure conditions to form a diamond polycrystalline film on the silicon. This film is then separated from the substrate to create the diaphragm. Subsequently, a U-shaped groove is crafted on the diaphragm by applying a dry etching template and etching, resulting in the formation of the diamond cantilever, with a thickness ranging from 10 to 100 ?m. This method establishes a novel approach to creating sensitive and durable optical microphones.

    Abstract: An economic efficiency estimation apparatus derives an approximate curve of an initial open-end voltage function and an initial impedance function, sets a prior estimation function, and measures a charge-discharge voltage and a charge-discharge current. The apparatus estimates state parameters including an SOC value, and a polarization voltage and an internal impedance using a Kalman filter. The apparatus obtains an estimation error, calculates a posterior estimation value by a correction expression, corrects the prior estimation function based on the posterior estimation value, sets a new prior estimation function, estimates a charge-discharge curve, and estimates an economic efficiency index based on a charge-discharge power amount estimated from the curve.

    Abstract: The present application provides a method for estimating abundance and distribution features of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) in surfacial sediments of lake and reservoir, including step 1 of obtaining an annual input total of nitrogen and phosphorus pollutants of each tributary flowing into the lake and reservoir; step 2 of constructing a linear regression equation between the abundance of each type of ARGs and the nitrogen and phosphorus discharge; and step 3 of calculating annual input total of nitrogen and phosphorus pollutants to be estimated for each geographical location of the lake and reservoir using inverse distance weighting interpolation analysis based on the annual input total of the nitrogen and phosphorus pollutants obtained in step 1, and substituting the calculated annual input total into the linear regression equation to estimate the abundance of each type of ARGs and analyze a distribution feature of the ARGs.
