The first insulating member is arranged on an outer surface of the housing, and the first insulating member provides a first thickened region, wherein the first thickened region covers at least a portion of the welding mark region. This reduces the risk of the welding mark region piercing through the first insulating member, which could cause insulation failure of the battery cell.
