    Abstract: Extreme ultraviolet mirrors and masks used in lithography and methods for manufacturing an extreme ultraviolet mirror or mask. Initial data is obtained that includes materials and optical properties for a first intermixed layer, a second intermixed layer, a first pure layer, and a second pure layer in each of a plurality of periods of a multi-layer stack for an optical element. For multiple thicknesses for the first pure layer and multiple thicknesses for the second pure layer, a reflectivity of the multi-layer stack is determined based on the initial data, a thickness received for the first intermixed layer, and a thickness received for the second intermixed layer. One of the thicknesses for the first pure layer and one of the thicknesses for the second pure layer are selected that maximize the reflectivity of the multi-layer stack.

    Abstract: A thermal conducting structure includes a vapor chamber and at least one heat pipe. The vapor chamber has a casing with a through hole formed on a side of the casing, and a chamber defined inside the casing and communicated with the through hole and having a metal mesh covered on an inner wall of the chamber. The heat pipe has a tubular body and an opening formed at an end of the tubular body, and the tubular body is connected to the through hole, and a cavity is defined inside the tubular body. A capillary member is covered onto an inner wall of the cavity. The metal mesh extends through the opening into the cavity to connect the capillary member. The metal mesh is used as a capillary structure, and the vapor chamber and heat pipe are used together to provide a better cooling efficiency.

    Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods for reducing latency when consuming an encoded video bitstream in real-time are disclosed. A video encoder encodes a video bitstream and writes chunks of the encoded bitstream to a bitstream buffer. Prior to the encoder completing the encoding of an entire frame, or an entire slice of a frame, a consumer module consumes encoded chunks of the bitstream. In one implementation, to enable pipelining of the consumption with the encoding, the encoder updates a buffer write pointer with an indication of the amount of data that has been written to the bitstream buffer. The consumer module retrieves encoded data from the bitstream buffer up to the location indicated by the buffer write pointer. In this way, the consumer module is able to access and consume encoded video data prior to the encoder finishing encoding an entire frame or an entire slice of the frame.

    Abstract: A first access network device determines a timing offset of a first carrier and a second carrier. The timing offset is an offset between timing of downlink communication of the first carrier and timing of uplink communication of the second carrier. The first carrier is a carrier using a first radio access technology (RAT), and the second carrier is an uplink frequency division duplex (FDD) carrier using the first RAT and a second RAT. The first access network device sends first indication information to a terminal. The first indication information indicates the timing offset, and the timing offset is used to determine the timing of the second carrier. Based on this scheme, the terminal can use a shared frequency band resource of LTE, thereby improving resource utilization.
