    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive from a network entity, a control message triggering the UE to provide a time-domain aperiodic channel state information (A-CSI) report for indicating time-domain channel state information (CSI) associated with CSI reference signal (CSI-RS) resources within an observation window, where a beginning of the observation window is based on when the control message is received. The UE may perform performing measurements of channel state information reference signals (CSI-RSs) received via the CSI-RS resources that occur within the observation window. The UE may then transmit, to the network entity based on the control message, the time-domain A-CSI report indicating measured time-domain CSI associated with the observation window, where the measured time-domain CSI is based on the measurements.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a growth method and a growth device for silicon carbide crystal. The method at least includes steps of heating a silicon carbide and monitoring a temperature thereof, monitoring a silicon content in the silicon carbide that is evaporated when the silicon carbide is heated to reach a preset temperature, starting to reduce a pressure for nucleation when the silicon content reaches a first preset content value, detecting a radiation of a specific wavelength generated by crystallization at a growth interface when the silicon carbide grows and recording the radiation as a first characteristic radiation, and adjusting the first characteristic radiation to be consistent with a characteristic radiation of a required crystal form when the first characteristic radiation is inconsistent with the characteristic radiation of the required crystal form of the silicon carbide. The disclosure can effectively regulate the selection of crystal forms during the crystal growth process.

    Abstract: Provided is an anti-B7-H4 antibody containing a VH, wherein the VH contains the following CDRs or a mutation thereof: CDR1 as shown in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4 or 5, CDR2 as shown in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 15, and CDR3 as shown in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 24 or 25, and wherein the mutation is an insertion, deletion or substitution of 3, 2 or 1 amino acid(s) in the amino acid sequences of the CDRs. The antibody has the activity of binding to human B7-H4 and cynomolgus monkey B7-H4. The antibody still retains the activity of binding to human B7-H4 and cynomolgus monkey B7-H4 when prepared into a B7-H4×CD3 bispecific antibody, and has a strong killing effect on tumor cells. The antibody induces a very low expression of nonspecific cytokines such as IL-6 and IFN-?, and exhibits a strong in vivo anti-tumor activity.
