When the proportion of the green electricity is high, i.e., the electric energy used is mainly from renewable energy sources, the set temperature is adjusted to produce more cold energy or heat energy for storage; and when the green electricity index decreases, the stored cold energy or heat energy can be used to meet the demand for cooling or heating, thereby reducing carbon emissions.

Therefore, the efficiency and success rate of diskless boot-up of an operating system of the diskless server can be improved when booting the operating system based on the LinuxBoot.

The second SoC asserts a clock request signal line to activate an external shared clock. The clock control system determines a state associated with the external shared clock, wherein the external shared clock is external to the first SoC. The clock control system, in accordance with a determination that the external shared clock is in an off state, transmits a signal to the external shared clock to cause the external shared clock to enter a startup state and begin producing a shared clock signal.
