    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a universal preparation method for in-situ growth of a layered double hydroxide (LDH) layer on a substrate surface, and belongs to the technical field of material synthesis. In the present disclosure, an LDH protective layer is grown in situ on a surface of a substrate by means of electrodeposition combined with hydrothermal treatment. Specifically, a seed crystal layer of the LDH is formed on the substrate surface by the electrodeposition, and then obtained LDH seed crystals are crystallized and grown by Ostwald ripening through the hydrothermal treatment. In this way, the LDH protective layer is formed in which an interlayer anion is a nitrate. The protective layer protects the substrate against corrosion. Moreover, since the interlayer anion is the nitrate, the protective layer can be exchanged with other corrosion-inhibiting anions, and is modifiable.

The architecture of the 13-channel electrical impedance tomography chip introduced in the embodiment of the present invention, which applies the frequency division multiplexing based data compression technology, has taped out using CMOS 0.13 micrometer process; the power consumption per channel turns out to be 118 microwatts and the area is 0.87 square millimeters, verifying the effectiveness of the present invention. The present invention can also be migrated to other applications of electrical impedance tomography.

In a case that the radioactivity detector detects radioactive material, an actual position of the radioactive material in an X-ray image of the inspected object obtained by the scanning and imaging apparatus is marked in the image. The above solutions improve the accuracy of displaying the position of the radioactive source in the X-ray image. Further, inspection of radioactive material can be implemented while scanning an image.
