    Abstract: A high-throughput and small size samples tension, compression, bending test system is disclosed. The system includes a computer unit, a motor and a number of the sample testing modules mounted horizontally or perpendicular to that ground on a workbench.     Abstract: The present invention discloses a high throughput statistical characterization method of metal micromechanical properties, which comprises: grinding and polishing a metal sample until specular reflection finish satisfies a test requirement; marking position coordinates of a to-be-measured area on the metal sample by a microhardness tester to ensure the comparison of the same to-be-measured area; conducting an isostatic pressing strain test on the to-be-measured area by an isostatic pressing technology; and comparing high throughput characterization of components, microstructures, microdefects and three-dimensional surface morphology of the metal sample before and after isostatic pressing strain to obtain the full-view-field cross-scale high throughput statistical characterization of micromechanical property uniformity of the metal sample.

    Abstract: In a transistor formed on a semiconductor die mounted on a substrate, where the transistor output is connected to a circuit on the substrate, a bond pad electrically connected to a transistor drain finger manifold extends less than the full length of the manifold. By controlling the length of the bond pad, the parasitic capacitance it contributes may be controlled. In applications such as a Doherty amplifier, this parasitic capacitance forms part of the quarter-wave transmission line of an impedance inverter, and hence directly impacts amplifier performance. In particular, by reducing the parasitic capacitance contribution from transistor output bond pads, the bandwidth of a Doherty amplifier circuit may be improved. At GHz frequencies and with state of the art transistor device feature sizes, concerns about phase mismatch between drain finger outputs are largely moot.

An optical combiner in the equipment may be used to combine display image light emitted from pixels in the display with real-world image light received from external objects. The optical combiner may have a reflector with a concave lens shape that focuses light from the display towards eye boxes in which a viewer's eyes are located. The reflector may be a partial mirror or a reflective polarizer. The reflective polarizer and additional components may be used in implementing a tunable tint layer.
