    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for constructing and optimizing a molecular structure model of lignite, comprising: collecting and processing a lignite sample, analyzing a lignite experimental sample, calculating the number of carbon atoms in lignite and the number of carbon atoms in other parameters, obtaining the sizes of aromatic clusters, and determining the composition features and number of aromatic structural units in lignite; calculating the total number of carbon atoms and the number of aliphatic carbon atoms in lignite; obtaining the categories and number of oxygen-containing functional groups in lignite based on the contents of aromatic hydrocarbon, aliphatic hydrocarbon and various oxygen-containing functional groups, and designing the structural forms of nitrogen and sulfur; constructing a molecular structure model of lignite.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an apparatus and method for wavefront reconstruction based on rotationally symmetric extended structured light illumination. The apparatus includes a laser device, a neutral density filter, a microscope objective, a pinhole, a collimating lens, a beam splitter prism, a spatial light modulator, a lens to be measured, and an image acquisition device that are sequentially arranged. The method permits modulation of incident parallel light into phase grating-like structured light by using a spatial light modulator. Based on the characteristic of non-infinitely small pixel unit of the spatial light modulator, changing the modulation pattern of the spatial light modulator may result in different forms of structured light. Not only the object to be measured but also the real structured light wavefront can be recovered by acquiring diffraction spots at the focal plane and simultaneously updating the object plane and the structured light plane using an algorithm.

The method includes: constructing a life prediction model; acquiring a stress relaxation curve in a strain control creep-fatigue test through pure creep data to calculate an initial creep damage; acquiring a cyclic hardening coefficient, an elasticity modulus and other related material constants through the pure fatigue data to calculate an initial fatigue damage; and acquiring a difference between strain energy densities in upper and lower parts of creep-fatigue mean stress, making the difference between strain energy densities less than a set threshold through dichotomy iteration to acquire a final creep damage, a final fatigue damage and an oxidative damage under such a circumstance, and predicting the creep-fatigue life of the high-temperature structural part based on the life prediction model.

    Abstract: A dissolvable magnesium alloy can be used for components of a downhole tool. The dissolvable magnesium alloy can be dissolved completely and controlled at a dissolving rate so as to be compatible with downhole operations, including hydraulic fracturing operations. The alloy includes nickel at 0.04-0.4% by weight and the balance of magnesium. The alloy is dissolvable in KCl at 2.1% by weight and 95 QC with a dissolving rate in a range of 10-100 mg/cm2/hr, yield strength in a range of 18-37 ksi, ultimate tensile strength in a range of 29-47 ksi, and elongation in a range of 8-40%.
