    Abstract: A plug status detection circuit, a controller, and a vehicle are provided, to detect a plug status in different standards by using one detection circuit. The plug status detection circuit includes a wake-up circuit and a sampling circuit. The wake-up circuit is configured to immediately output or delay outputting a wake-up signal based on a resistance value of a connected resistor of the plug status detection circuit when a plug is connected to a socket, where the wake-up signal is used to trigger a CPU to drive the sampling circuit. The sampling circuit is configured to inject a startup voltage under the drive of the CPU, and after the startup voltage is injected, a level of a detection point of the sampling circuit is used to indicate a plug status.

    Abstract: A vision inspection system includes a platform supporting parts for inspection at an inspection zone, an inspection station positioned adjacent the platform at the inspection zone including an imaging device to image the parts in a field of view above the upper surface, and a vision inspection controller receiving images from the imaging device. The vision inspection controller includes an auto focus module for orienting the imaging device relative to the inspection zone. The auto focus module determines a working distance for the imaging device from the inspection zone. The auto focus module calculates an image contrast score of pixel values of the images at various working distances from the inspection zone. The vision inspection controller causes the inspection station to operate the imaging device at an imaging working distance corresponding to the working distance associated with the highest image contrast score.

    Abstract: A system for controlling an operation of an induction motor (IM). A controller processor detects a spectrum of a current signal from received sensor data using a module. Obtain a number of rotor bars and a number of pole pairs of the IM to identify a principle slot harmonics (PSH) type IM from stored IM data. Use the PSH-type IM to identify a static eccentricity (SE) fault signature signal located at a secondary PSH frequency of the PSH-type IM. Determine a level of signal strength in the spectrum of the current signal at a location of the secondary PSH frequency, and compare to a SE fault table database to obtain a SE fault level of the PSH-type IM. Compare the SE fault level to a database to obtain a SE fault threshold, and if the SE fault level is outside the SE threshold, generate an interrupt command to the controller.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method for measuring a structural angular acceleration based on dynamic centrifugal force measurement belong to the technical field of angular acceleration measurement. The apparatus has a solid ball. The solid ball can move freely along the radial direction of the outer wall packaging hood. The elastic block is used as a stress base. A rod for lateral limit and connection is used for connecting the rigid block and a pulley and limiting the displacement of solid ball so that the solid ball can only move longitudinally along the apparatus. The rigid block can move freely due to the pulley. Measurement of a transient angular acceleration is converted into dynamic measurement of the centrifugal force of the solid ball. Through the above design, the dynamic angular acceleration of the structure caused by dynamic load can be relatively accurately calculated.
