Abstract: A computer-implemented method is provided performed by a network node to generate and return a configuration of a computing device in a network. The method includes receiving data including an observation and an intent. The method further includes generating, with a first ML model, a plurality of configurations for the computing device for a second time interval based on a search on a plurality of latent variables in a latent space. The method further includes returning from the search a configuration for the computing device for the second time interval that best satisfies a performance metric and/or KPI of the intent based on the search, wherein the configuration is constrained by the intent. The method further includes transmitting the configuration for the computing device.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed herein efficient analysis of a (new) trouble report (TR) and providing a list of candidate answers. In one embodiment, a method performed by a computing device comprises obtaining a query from a trouble report, the query comprising text. The method further comprises pre-processing the query to provide a pre-processed query and applying the pre-processed query to a first representation-based model to provide a representation of the pre-processed query. The method further comprises computing similarity metrics between the representation of the pre-processed query and representations of pre-processed answers of existing, previously processed, trouble reports and creating an initial list of candidate answers based on the similarity metrics. The initial list of candidate answers comprises candidate answers selected from among answers of the existing trouble reports based on the similarity metrics.

Abstract: A method is provided for improving enzymatic hydrolysis in saccharification of a lignocellulosic material. The method is comprising pretreating the lignocellulosic material to obtain a slurry of pretreated lignocellulosic material; adding at least one reducing agent to the slurry of pretreated lignocellulosic material or the liquid fraction thereof to decrease the enzymatic hydrolysis inhibitory properties of slurry of the pretreated lignocellulosic material or the liquid fraction thereof; and subjecting the slurry of pretreated lignocellulosic material or the liquid fraction thereof to enzymatic hydrolysis in the presence of the at least one reducing agent.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for improved ethanol production from xylose utilising strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae comprising genes for overexpression of xylose reductase, xylitol dehydrogenase and xylulokinase, wherein in addition to said genes, one or more specific genes of a defined group is overexpressed, and/or one or more genes of a defined group is deleted.

Abstract: A device for opening a pouring part (2) attached to the top wall (1) of a package for flowable media and projecting in a raised manner from said top wall (1), is provided with a cap (13) extending over said pouring part (2), which is removably fitted to the pouring part (2). In order that the opening device makes possible a package which can be produced economically, and which can be opened reliably without excessive expenditure of force, it is provided according to the invention that the cap (13) is rotatable over at least approximately 90.degree. in relation to the pouring part (2) and is provided with an internal space (17) and at least one blade (23) projecting into said space (17), which for opening can be inserted into an at least partly annular surface section (5) in order to carry out cutting.
