The device for practicing sport activities comprises a plurality of diffusers designed to emit stimuli and including at least one speaker configured to emit music, a controller of the device for practicing sport activities, including a program of the sport activities to be performed and a relative intensity of the sport activities. The controller is configured to adjust the emitted stimuli propagated by the plurality of diffusers according to the sport activities to be performed and the relative intensity of the sport activities.
