    Abstract: A control method for a four-switch buck-boost converter is provided. The control method adopts four-stage control, and divides the load range into two sections and adopts different control strategies according to a critical load value corresponding to optimal control. In Boost mode, before the critical load, T1 and T2 are kept constant, T3 is a minimum value for realizing soft-switching, and T4 decreases with the increase of the load; when the critical load is reached, T4 drops to 0; and after the critical load, T1, T2, T3 and T increase with the load. In Buck mode, before the critical load, T2 and T3 are kept constant, T1 is a minimum value for realizing soft-switching, and T4 decreases with the increase of the load; when the critical load is reached, T4 drops to 0; and after the critical load, T1, T2, T3 and T increase with the load.

According to the method, each piece of word segment information that is reported by a terminal device and that is subject to local differential privacy processing is obtained; N groups of word segment information are obtained through division, so each piece of word segment information of the same group corresponds to the same target quantity; each group of estimated data that is corresponding to each group of word segment information and that represents unbiased word segment frequency estimation is determined; and each layer of nodes of a prefix tree used to record a word segment frequency is generated layer by layer based on each group of estimated data.

    Abstract: A supramolecular nano-drug based on irinotecan and niraparib, and a preparation method and application thereof are provided. The nano-drug is a stable supramolecular nanostructure with a regular geometric appearance, which is formed by self-assembling irinotecan and niraparib through supramolecular acting forces, such as hydrogen bonds, and hydrophobic Van Der Waals force by a dynamic supramolecular self-assembly method. The supramolecular nano-drug formed in the present disclosure is capable of significantly improving the sensitivity of colorectal cells to the irinotecan, and the quantity of DNA damages induced in the colorectal cells is significantly higher than that induced by the irinotecan as a single chemotherapeutic drug. The supramolecular nano-drug of the present disclosure can not only induce death of colorectal cancer cells in vitro, but also play a role in treating the colorectal cancer in vivo after being administrated intravenously.
