    Abstract: A silicon-based hetero-junction solar cell and a photovoltaic module and methods for making and using same. The cell includes an intrinsic amorphous silicon layer located on a surface of an N-type monocrystalline silicon wafer, a doped layer located on a surface of the intrinsic amorphous silicon layer, and a conductive film located on a surface of the doped layer. A metal electrode is arranged on the conductive film. The metal electrode includes a copper-based layer arranged on the conductive film and a tin layer coated on a surface of the copper-based layer. A low-temperature copper slurry is used instead of a low-temperature silver slurry, thereby greatly reducing preparation costs. Electroplating a layer of tin on a surface of the copper electrode can achieve good soldering with a tin-plated copper solder ribbon, protect the surface of the copper electrode, and increase electrode compactness to effectively improve the conductive performance.

    Abstract: An anti-shading photovoltaic cell assembly and methods for making and using same. The assembly includes a cell layer with N cell strings connected in series. Each of the cell strings comprises M cell modules connected in series, and each of the cell modules comprises P solar cells connected in parallel. Each of the solar cells has a light-receiving surface, a rear surface, and a plurality of sides located between the light-receiving surface and the rear surface. The plurality of sides include a first side and an opposite second side. The first sides of the P solar cells in each of the cell modules are connected through a first solder ribbon, and the second sides of the P solar cells in each of the cell modules are connected through a second solder ribbon. Whereby, the light-receiving areas on front and back surfaces of the assembly are increased.

    Abstract: Provided are an intelligent solar photovoltaic module circuit and a control method therefor. The circuit includes: multiple photovoltaic strings connected in series, where each of the photovoltaic strings includes an intelligent photovoltaic module unit and a maximum power point tracking (MPPT) functional module connected in series with the intelligent photovoltaic module unit; a central processing unit (CPU) memory module configured to receive and analyze a state of the intelligent photovoltaic module unit; and a control module electrically connected with the CPU memory module and configured to control a MPPT function, where each of the photovoltaic strings is connected with a switch transistor configured to short-circuit the intelligent photovoltaic module unit or disconnect the photovoltaic string from other photovoltaic strings, and the switch transistor is controlled by the control module.
