Abstract: The present application discloses an implantable extraocular-muscle neuromuscular stimulator and its parameter setting method, the implantable extraocular-muscle neuromuscular stimulator comprising an implantable pulse generator, an extracorporal remote controller and an electrode, wherein the implantable pulse generator is provided in an created subcutaneous pouch, the implantable pulse generator is connected to an extraocular muscle by the electrode, and the implantable pulse generator is for generating an pulse stimulating signal; and the extracorporal remote controller is connected to the implantable pulse generator by a wireless signal, and is for setting the pulse stimulating signal of the implantable pulse generator. The implantable extraocular-muscle neuromuscular stimulator and its parameter setting method provided by the present application are applied to the treatment of congenital idiopathic nystagmus.
