Abstract: The present application relates to the field of pharmaceutical biotechnology, and specifically relates to a dexmedetomidine-containing transdermal patch. By adding a penetration enhancer, the transdermal rate and transdermal amount are increased, and the onset time is shortened; the patch content is reduced, the residual amount in the skin is lowered, and skin redness/scarring at the administration site caused by drug accumulation in the skin is effectively avoided.

Abstract: The present invention provides a targeted degradation chimera compound targeting protein tyrosine phosphatase, in particular a compound represented by formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, an isotope variant, a tautomer, a stereoisomer, a prodrug, a polymorph, a hydrate or a solvate thereof. The present invention also provides a preparation method for the compound, a pharmaceutical composition including the compound, and an effect of the compound in prevention and treatment of related diseases, such as hematological tumor or solid tumor diseases.

Abstract: The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition containing meloxicam, a preparation method thereof, and an application thereof. The pharmaceutical composition includes meloxicam, a composite solvent, and an acidic pH regulator. The composite solvent includes a polymer compound, an alkaline compound, and an aqueous solution. The polymer compound is selected from cyclodextrin or synthetic cyclodextrin and derivatives thereof. The meloxicam composition of the present invention does not contain any organic solvent, which can effectively avoid generation of adverse reactions of pharmaceutical formulations, make drug use safer, and at the same time also reduce the environmental pollution during the preparation process of the drug.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of pharmaceutics and particularly provides a sustained-release pharmaceutical composition of sivelestat and a preparation method therefor. The pharmaceutical composition included sivelestat and a phospholipid. The present disclosure uses sivelestat, which is poorly soluble in water, as an active ingredient and the phospholipid as a stabilizer. Particles of sivelestat have excellent aerodynamic performance, good stability, a small amount of auxiliary materials, and a simple preparation process. After inhalation, the drug stays in the lungs for a long time and has a good sustained-release effect and a good industrial production prospect.
