    Abstract: This invention relates to the use of a vibrating element (herein disclosed in the form of a ring) inside storage tanks or bins for aiding flow of powdered bulk material therefrom. The vibrating element is isolated from the walls of the storage tank or bin and vibrations are transmitted directly and principally to the material rather than indirectly through the walls.
