  • Publication number: 20240140354
Abstract: The invention relates to a load-bearing seat belt retractor for a seat structure of a vehicle seat. The seat belt retractor has two housing halves, between which functional modules of the seat belt retractor are arranged. One functional module is a belt spool with a winding axis, wherein a plurality of support plates oriented perpendicularly to the winding axis is provided on the functional modules, each said support plate having at least two locking noses, and the locking noses engage into corresponding locking holes in the two housing halves. The housing halves have beads and/or reinforcements directed toward the functional modules, and at least one section of a functional module and/or a section of a support plate is supported against the beads and/or reinforcements in at least one direction parallel to the winding axis.

  • Publication number: 20230278524
Abstract: The invention relates to a belt retractor surrounding a belt reel which is rotatably mounted in a frame, and comprising a force-limiting device with at least one plastically deformable first torsion rod, wherein the first torsion rod has a first end rotationally fixed to the belt reel and a second end rotationally fixed to a profiled head which can be blocked via a first blocking device in a fixed manner relative to the vehicle. The belt reel, the first torsion rod and the profiled head are arranged coaxially to one another and in series relative to one another.

  • Publication number: 20220266792
Abstract: A belt retractor having a belt reel, a safety belt which can be wound thereon to form a wound belt, a pyrotechnic belt tensioner having a drive device which is guided in a tube and can be driven to perform a drive movement, and at least one first further assembly arranged coaxially to the rotational axis of the belt reel and in series with the belt reel, a safety belt which can be wound thereon to form a wound belt, and at least one first assembly, wherein the tube has a straight linear section which extends parallel to the rotational axis of the belt reel and the longitudinal axis of the assembly and is arranged on the side of the belt reel.

  • Patent number: 7166227
Abstract: A method of treating, in wastewater purification, sludge containing organic matter, divalent iron and phosphorus, in which the sludge that is treated is made to contain dissolved iron and phosphorus at a molar ratio Fe:P of above 1:1, the sludge is treated at 0–100° C. with an acid at a pH of 1–5 for dissolution of divalent iron and phosphorus from the sludge, the sludge is supplied with an oxidizer selected from hydrogen peroxide and percompounds, wherein divalent iron is oxidized by Fenton's reaction to trivalent iron, and (i) trivalent iron is precipitated as trivalent iron phosphate (ii) free radicals with a deodorization and sanitation effect are formed by Fenton's reaction, the sludge is then dewatered at a pH of at most 7, and the aqueous solution obtained in dewatering is recirculated to the wastewater purification.

  • Patent number: 5520040
Abstract: A tool with two shanks and two handles, where the shanks are pivoted in a shank fulcrum which is located rearwardly of the handle fulcrum. In a preferred embodiment, the shank and handle fulcrum are spaced at a distance equal to at least a third of the total length of the tool so that a near-parallel position of the front ends of the shanks is achieved in a final phase of their closing movement.

  • Patent number: 3944858
Abstract: A pulse code generator generates a number of different pulse sequences within a given frame by comparing the state of a clock driven counter having the same length as the frame and the contents of a fixed memory which contains in sequential locations numbers corresponding to the time position of the pulses within the frame. The memory is addressed by a second counter, which is presettable and is driven by the output pulses from a comparator. By presetting the second counter the position of the first pulse in any sequence is generated.

  • Patent number: 3942152
Abstract: A pulse pattern detector includes a local pulse pattern generator starting in response to an incoming signal impulse whether or not it is included in the pulse pattern to be detected. There is a number of timing circuits for measuring the time lapsed from each of the pulses in the locally generated pulse pattern and memory means for storing the measured value of all but the last timing circuit as soon as a signal impulse is received. Comparators are provided to compare the contents of the memory means to find if all the memory circuits have recordings equal to a state of the timing circuit in which case a signal is generated indicating that the desired pulse pattern is detected in the incoming pulse sequence.
