Abstract: The present invention generally is a refill container for holding at least two products. The refill container of the present invention is configured to comprise at least two receptacles abutting each other, wherein either all the receptacles contain a similar product or one of the receptacles holds a related product or a tool. Each of the receptacles has a top end, a bottom end and at least one sidewall. The refill container is configured to be mounted in a refillable case wherein the refillable case comprises of a base and a cover. Also disclosed is refillable product container in which are replaced the refill containers once the initial product is finished.

Abstract: The present invention generally is a wiper for a container for dispensing and dispensing cosmetic or care products. More particularly, the invention relates to a wiper member that is novel and inventive by way of its construction such that it prevents air from getting pumped/entrapped inside the container during usage. There is provided a wiper member that helps in increasing the life of the product by allowing it to remain in its original fluid state and prevents drying out of the product. Further, the wiper member by virtue of its internal configuration results in efficient wiping of the applicator element and at the same time provides an anti-pumping action by allowing the air to pass through the air vents in it. Also disclosed is a wiper member that is able to regulate the amount of product retained on the applicator when a force is either applied or removed from its central axis.

More particularly, the invention relates to a cosmetic container comprising a receptacle and a cover wherein the cover comprises an integrated applicator wherein the applicator is retractable within the cover. There is provided a cosmetic container comprising a receptacle, said receptacle comprising a housing for storing a product; a cover, said cover comprising a housing that accommodates an applicator and a protrusion retraction mechanism assembly for operating the applicator such that the applicator is integrated within the cover; and an actuating means for actuating the operation of the protrusion retraction mechanism assembly.

Abstract: A loose powder container is provided. The powder container includes a cap and a receptacle for storing the loose powder. The cap includes a brush integrated into the cap. The cap also comprises two sections, such that, in an initial position an upper section is aligned with respect to a lower section of the cap. Clockwise rotation of the upper section in order to misalign it with the lower section of the cap, results in the brush protruding from the cap. The brush is completely protruded when the upper section of the cap is re-aligned with the lower section of the cap upon a 180 degree rotation in the clockwise direction. The fully protruded brush is twirled around to pick loose powder through a perforated layer comprised in the receptacle. The brush is retracted upon anti-clockwise rotation of the upper section, to align it in the initial position with the lower section.

Abstract: The present invention generally relates to a delivery system for dispensing product(s). More particularly, the present invention relates to a delivery system for dispensing product wherein the system has a dispensing mechanism that prevents oozing out of the product after dispensing occurs. The delivery system comprises a body having at least one cavity for housing the product(s) and a plunger or a piston and rod assembly and a means for actuating the piston assembly wherein the piston assembly has a mechanism of dispensing which has an effective suck back effect.

Abstract: The present invention generally is a delivery system for dispensing product(s) in adjustable quantities comprising a body, said body having at least one cavity for housing the product(s) and a plunger or a piston and rod assembly, an actuator being in communication with the cavity in the body, said actuator having an inclined profile at one of its ends which is in communication with the body, and a means for changing the position of the incline of the actuator with respect to the body wherein changing the position of the inclined profile of the actuator with respect to the body delivers different quantities of the product(s).

Abstract: The present invention generally is a shearing assembly for a fluid material comprising a product inlet flow component, a shearing component, and a housing, said housing arranged to be in fluid communication with the product inlet flow component. The shearing component is enclosed in the housing such that the fluid is sheared when it flows via the shearing component while the flow of fluid is sealed when the shearing component is under the action of a force. Also disclosed is a device comprising said shearing assembly.

Abstract: The present invention generally is a dispensing device for consumer products which is user-friendly and provides an easy application by the user. The device allows a user to simultaneously actuate while applying. The disclosed device provides for controllable dispensing of the product and is user friendly as it is one-hand operated. There is provided a device that provides an even application on the surface as there is present a shearing assembly inside it. The device of the present invention can be used to dispense a wide variety of consumer products such as cosmetic, cosmeceutical and care products such as nail enamel, foundation, hair treatment or skin care products.

Abstract: A case for consumer products is provided that provides a plurality of products in a single package to facilitate carrying and ready use and at the same time helping the user in choosing the desired kind of product to be used. In one embodiment, the case comprises a cover and a base. Abstract: The present invention generally is a delivery system for simultaneously dispensing two products in metered quantities and in a predetermined ratio. In one embodiment the delivery system includes a barrel, said barrel accommodating a cartridge that forms the first chamber and the resulting free space forms the second chamber; a means for actuating the movement of the components; and an applicator head for applying the dispensed products. The two chambers in the delivery system are arranged in series so as to be in axial alignment with each other.
