Abstract: An exercise frame made up of two upright members connected by a transverse base member and a transverse link attached to the top portion of the frame. A transverse spring-loaded grip bar is positioned at a height suitable for gripping by user's hands while the user in a lying position in front of the base member. A pair of leg supports is designed to alternately support one or the other of user's legs while the user's rests the Achilles tendon on one of two leg supports carried by the upright members above the grip bar. The user performs exercises designed to strengthen rectus abdominis without flexing user's torso.

The trim guide has a first, second, and third side, a a registration channel adjacent to the first side and perpendicular to the second side, a terminal end on the first side having a distance V from the second side. The field guide has a base, a first and second wall extending from the base, and a registration channel between each wall. Each wall has a length V from the base and a thickness X. The registration channels of each guide has a width Y. A leveler with a ledge of a thickness Y is insertable into any registration channel for aligning the guides vertically or horizontally or both. A support for the leveler has a channel and an extending ledge each with a width Y to accept the leveler and to insert into any registration channel.

The float characteristic of the sub-top eliminates cracking and breaking of tiled corner pieces and grout due to expansion of the sub-top. Used with the system is a support member attachable to vertical upstanding walls of the counter on the ends of the walls or on the inner surfaces; and attachable to the sub-top.

Abstract: An adjustable screed with a flexible body (suited for use in cut-out areas) or a rigid body (suited for use adjacent to wall-like structures), a horizontal adjustment mechanism for establishing a horizontal plane for the screed and for securely maintaining the horizontal plane, and a vertical stabilizing mechanism for attaching the screed to an external object whereby when one or more screeds are being attached to the external object, the screed is adjusted and aligned to a single horizontal plane, securely maintained at that horizontal plane, and the vertical stabilizing mechanism maintains the attachment of the screed to the external object and maintains vertical stability of the screed as horizontal adjustments are being made.
