Abstract: A method for embellishing surface of a handle includes: first step: preparing a body of the handle injected from a mold; second step: laser-engraving the body of the handle to form a plurality attached portions thereon; third step: preparing a skin with pattern or color and laser-cutting the skin to form a plurality of ornamental skins corresponding to the attached portions; fourth step: attaching the ornamental skins to the corresponding attached portions on the body and getting a finished handle.

Abstract: A method for embellishing customized label on a handle via laser-engraving comprises: first step: preparing a body of the handle injected from a mold, with the body provided to be colored; second step: injecting a surface layer surrounding the body, with the surface layer having different color from the body; third step: laser-engraving with a label on the surface layer and removing parts of the surface layer relative to the shape of the label, with parts of the colored body being exposed thereafter, with getting a finished handle.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for making an ultra thin decorative laminate. In the method, there is provided releasing paper with three-dimensional texture. A substrate is coated on the releasing paper. The releasing paper and the substrate are dried. An elastomer layer is coated on the substrate. The releasing paper, the substrate and the elastomer layer are dried so that the substrate and the elastomer layer are cured and become films. The releasing paper is removed so that three-dimensional texture on the substrate is exposed, thus finishing an ultra thin decorative laminate that can firmly attached to a curve face of a product.
