  • Patent number: 11864587
Abstract: Capsules are provided for holding material within a vaporization chamber of a personal or portable vaporization device. Each capsule comprises a cap and a cup, each with a corresponding base wall having air inlet/outlet holes therein. The capsules are provided with first and second standoff structures that position the respective capsule to avoid occlusion of the air inlet/outlet holes by surfaces of the oven and/or lid that form the vaporization chamber. During use of the vaporization device, the capsule design encourages air to flow through the material held within the capsule via the air inlet/outlet holes, rather than flowing around the capsule to bypass the material held therein. In some embodiments, the capsules include tamper-resistant features that prevent separation of the cap and cup once assembled, thereby protecting the material held within the capsule.

  • Publication number: 20220132924
Abstract: A personal vaporization device for use with non-liquid vaporizable material, such as ground herbal material, is designed to provide for multiple vaporizing sessions with a single loading of the of the device. The device comprises an oven assembly including an oven for holding material for a single vaporizing session, and an electric heating element thermally coupled to the oven to heat the material in the oven. Vapors generated by the heated material travel through an air flow path for inhalation by a user. A hopper holds a supply of the material for at least one additional session, and the oven is resupplied for a new session by feeding material from the hopper via a flow path to the oven. The hopper can be designed to receive the vaporizable material directly or to receive a cartridge containing the supply of vaporizable material. A system for filling a plurality of cartridges is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20050233838
Abstract: A golf tee includes a visible indicium (e.g., color, markings, letters, etc) corresponding to a tee length and part of a coding scheme assigning unique visible indicia to respective tee lengths and/or golf club configurations. A point of purchase display includes a chart correlating tee lengths with identifiers for golf club configurations, brands and models. The chart follows the same coding scheme used on the golf tees. Separate compartments in the point of purchase display contain golf tees of the same length. Appropriate visible indicia are printed on adjacent compartments containing corresponding length tees. Bags containing tees of the same length have visible indicia printed thereon matching visible indicia in the chart. A method for merchandising golf tees provides a chart correlating tee lengths with identifiers for a plurality of different golf clubs, and provides tees in containers having unique visual indicia for each tee length.
