Abstract: Aspects described herein may allow for receiving, from a device in communication with a blockchain, a content proposal stored on the blockchain; providing, to a plurality of user devices, the content proposal; receiving, from the device, information indicating a user rating generated by a first user device of the plurality of user devices and stored on the blockchain via a smart contract associated with the content proposal, and a stake comprising one or more blockchain credits associated with the user rating; and ranking a plurality of content proposals comprising the content proposal, wherein a rank of the content proposal is based on the user rating and the stake for the user rating.
