    Abstract: An optical or free space isolator, and optical or optoelectronic transmitter and methods of transmitting an optical signal and making the transmitter are disclosed. The optical/free space isolator includes a first polarizer, configured to polarize light at a first polarization angle and block light at a second polarization angle; a Faraday rotator, configured to rotate the light polarized by the first polarizer by a predetermined number of degrees; and a half waveplate in the optical/light path, having a fixed or predetermined orientation angle. The first polarizer, Faraday rotator/isolator, and half waveplate have respective polarization, rotation and orientation values that allow light to pass through the optical isolator in a first direction, and block reflected light traveling through the optical isolator along a direction opposite to the first direction.

The optical fiber free space isolator can be used with various laser devices, and includes a magnetic support and an optical subassembly. The magnetic support is mounted at the output port of a laser device, and the optical subassembly is fixed to the magnetic support. The optical subassembly may be housed in a U-shaped slot formed in the magnetic support. The present invention further includes an assembly method for the optical fiber free space isolator.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a thermostat with GFCI which includes control module, keyboard module, communication module and display module, and it further includes a leakage detection module, and the control module includes the temperature sensor, and the leakage detection module is connected with the control module, keyboard module and display module respectively. The control module is connected with the controlled device by the leakage detection module. The thermostat monitors current status of output circuit while adjusting the temperature of room, so that it can ensure the safety of the output circuit in use. If leakage occurs to the controlled device, the thermostat can cut off the power and stop power supplying at once, and the alarm light illuminates in the meantime. After manual reset, the alarm light goes out.
