  • Patent number: 12017676
Abstract: A driver monitoring device includes: a processor; and a memory. The memory stores instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the driver monitoring device to perform operations including: detecting an unbalanced posture of a driver based on an image of a driver's seat; determining whether the unbalanced posture is a habitual unbalanced posture of the driver; calculating an opening degree of at least one eye of the driver based on the image in a case in which it is determined that the unbalanced posture is other than the habitual unbalanced posture; determining whether it is a timing to give a notification in a case in which the vehicle is traveling and the opening degree is equal to or larger than a first threshold; and giving the notification to the driver in a case in which it is determined that it is the timing to give the notification.

  • Patent number: 12014400
Abstract: A system and methods for a universal integration framework for data analytics pipelines are disclosed. According to one embodiment, a computer-implemented method maintains internal consumer data that has a consumer ID associated with a consumer based on events at a partner platform. The platform server determines target characteristics based on instructions provided by a client or the internal consumer data and generates a target consumer group associated with an internal project ID based on the target characteristics, wherein the target consumer group includes the consumer ID and internal consumer data associated with each consumer. The platform server transmits the target consumer group to the partner platform and receives partner event data indicative of updates to consumer data. The platform server generates an updated target consumer group based on the updated consumer data and transmits updates to the partner platform to improve consumer interest.

  • Publication number: 20160331162
Abstract: An advertising food tray features a base, an informational insert on a topside of the base, an at least partially transparent cover for placement over the informational insert, a liquid-tight seal spanning around a perimeter of the insert between the base and cover, a plurality of peripheral tabs defined on a first one of either the base or the cover and a matching plurality of peripheral slots defined on a second one of either the base or the cover. An elongated locking member is received between the base and the cover on a peripheral path that passes between each peripheral slot and the respective one of the peripheral tabs, and thereby compresses the seal between the base and cover to maintain a liquid tight seal around the insert, which is thereby protected from damage during use and cleaning of same.

  • Publication number: 20140110300
Abstract: A food tray has upper and lower tray shaped members and an informational insert sandwiched between them for viewing of an informational display of the insert through a transparent or translucent window portion of at least one of the tray-shaped members. Two interlocking mechanisms are operable to reliably secure the tray members to one another when engaged together by sliding of the lower tray member into place along an underside of the upper tray member. The insert includes a rear wall portion disposed between upstanding rear walls of the tray members, and a height of the upper tray member is reduced at a front edge thereof to provide optimal viewing of the opposing rear wall portion of the insert. A seal positively positioned in a groove of the lower tray member provides a water tight seal between the tray members to protect the informational insert.

  • Publication number: 20120019147
Abstract: A dimmable compact fluorescent lighting device includes a safety protection circuit, an electro-magnetic compatibility (EMC) circuit, a rectification and filter circuit, a power factor correction circuit, a trigger circuit, a switching and anti-saturation circuit, a resonant circuit, and a filament pre-heating protection circuit. Alternate current from an electric main is chopped by a thyristor to form a non-sinusoidal voltage that, after passing through the EMC circuit, is subjected to rectification and filtering and fed through the power factor correction circuit for correction of the non-sinusoidal voltage and suppress of high order resonant waves, so as to supply a stable DC working voltage to a subsequent stage. Two transistors are used to alternate conduct so as to generate oscillation, which induces a high frequency sinusoidal AC voltage supplied through an electronic ballast to drive a lighting tube to emit light.

  • Patent number: 7018878
Abstract: Metal structures for ICs and methods for manufacturing the same are described. The metal structures range from small features to large features and are resistant to peeling problems during heat treatments that occur during the manufacturing process. Peeling of the metal structures from the underlying structures or substrates is reduced or prevented. The peeling problems are reduced or prevented by including a capping layer or capping structure over the dielectric layer over the metal structure and then annealing the capping layer or capping structure, thereby enhancing the adhesion of the metal structure to the underlying structure or substrate.

  • Patent number: 6127286
Abstract: Gaseous reactants capable of depositing a thin film on a semiconductor substrate are introduced into a deposition zone of a deposition apparatus through a gaseous reactants dispersion apparatus having rounded corners and smoothed anodized surfaces and maintained at a temperature ranging from about 70.degree. C. to about 85.degree. C., and preferably from about 75.degree. C. to about 80.degree. C., to inhibit the deposition and accumulation on such surfaces of charged materials capable of generating particles which may cause damage to the semiconductor substrate.
