    Abstract: A seat assembly for a motor vehicle includes a generally horizontal seat portion and a generally upright back portion operatively connected to the seat portion. The seat assembly also includes at least one track operatively connected to the seat portion and vehicle structure and a pivot bracket operatively connected to the back portion and the seat portion. The seat assembly further includes a reinforcement bracket disposed between the pivot bracket and the at least one track and operatively connected to the pivot bracket and the vehicle structure for reinforcing the at least one track.
