  • Publication number: 20260024863
Abstract: The invention relates to a modular housing unit and modular housing system for electrical cell modules, in particular for an electric vehicle. It also relates to a method of assembling the same. The modular housing unit supports an electrical cell module in an electric vehicle. The housing unit includes a base having an upper face; a wall circumscribing the base and extending away from the upper face to define a compartment opening; and a unit compartment within the upper face and the wall. The unit compartment is accessible through the compartment opening. The housing unit receives through the compartment opening at least one electrical cell module for mounting in the unit compartment. The wall is releasably mountable in an assembled position to a corresponding wall of a second housing unit so that, in the assembled position, the base of the second housing unit forms a closure of the compartment opening.

  • Publication number: 20250255985
Abstract: The present disclosure provides an AAV-ITR based gene delivery system comprising (i) an AAV-ITR vector comprising a double stranded polynucleotide encoding a gene of interest flanked by ITRs and (ii) a Rep vector comprising an mRNA encoding a Rep protein such as Rep78, wherein both vectors are encapsulated, e.g., in a liposome or LNP. Such a combination of ITR vector with the expression of Rep68/78 results in amplification of the AAV-ITR vector and enhanced episomal maintenance of the vector in the cells, which provides the base for sustained transgene expression. The liposomes containing the AAV-ITR vector and Rep vector components of the gene delivery system can be targeted to one or more surface proteins on a targeted cell or tissue. The gene of interest can be, for example, chimeric antigen receptors (CAR), or antibodies. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions, vectors, lipid compositions, kits, and methods of treatment.

  • Publication number: 20250161481
Abstract: Disclosed are lipid nanoparticle (LNP) delivery systems that specifically target T cells. The LNP delivery system comprises antibodies conjugated to the surface of the LNP, e.g., via maleimide chemistry, that target at least two T cell surface proteins, e.g., CD3 and CD28. The LNP delivery system can have a single population of LNP conjugated to either a bispecific antiCD3/antiCD28 antibody, or two monospecific antiCD3 and antiCD28 antibodies, or two populations of LNP wherein each population comprises a monospecific antibody. The payload of the LNP delivery system can be, e.g., mRNA encoding chimeric antigen receptors (CAR), a linear DNA fragment or a plasmid encoding chimeric antigen receptors (CAR) or therapeutic proteins such as antibodies, components of a gene editing systems (e.g., CRISPR-Cas), small molecules, antibody-drug conjugates (ADC), and any combination thereof, either encapsulated in the LNP or attached to its surface (e.g., conjugated).

  • Patent number: 11186417
Abstract: A box with a lid having first and second opposed pairs of downwardly projecting legs which partially overlie the sides of the box to close the same. The length of the first pair of downwardly projecting legs is less than the length of the second pair of downwardly projecting legs. A generally horizontal ledge is formed in each side of the box with the ledges of two opposed sides of the box located at one level below the lid and those of the other opposed sides at a different level below the lid. In use, the first and second pairs of legs can either be supported on either one or the other pair of opposed ledges to vary the height of the lid above ground level. Also, the lid can be removed from the box to define a stool or support surface.

  • Patent number: 9465000
Abstract: A system and method for measuring at least one property of a fluid includes a housing for receiving the fluid, a first and second spaced electrodes positioned in the housing, and an impedance modifier positioned between the first and second electrodes that changes an electrical impedance of the fluid between the electrodes. Electronic circuitry generates different waveform voltages across the electrodes and the fluid, monitors an output thereof to thereby obtain data related to impedance of the fluid for each waveform voltage; and combines data related to the outputs to create a unique identification signature for the fluid. Once signatures for known fluids have been created, they can be compared to a generated signature of an unknown fluid to identify the unknown fluid.
