  • Patent number: 9053468
Abstract: A condition assessment system for use in monitoring the operation of at least one of a plurality of units included within a fleet of substantially similar units is described. The system includes an input device configured to receive a selection of at least one source of data related to the operation of at least one of the plurality of units. The system also includes at least one sensor associated with the at least one source of data and configured to sense data related to the operation of at least one of the plurality of units. The system also includes a condition assessment device configured to receive data from the at least one sensor, sample data associated with at least one data parameter from the received data, and generate a baseline parametric curve from the data associated with the at least one sampled data parameter.

  • Patent number: 8280834
Abstract: A method for monitoring a system includes receiving a first data asset from the system, receiving a configuration file, determining whether the configuration file includes the first data asset and an associated first rule engine logic identifier, and running a first rule engine associated with the first rule engine logic identifier responsive to determining that the configuration file includes the first data asset and the associated first rule engine logic identifier. The method also includes sending the first data asset to the first rule engine, receiving a first result from the first rule engine, and sending the first result to a display for presentation to a user.

  • Publication number: 20120232806
Abstract: Systems and methods for analyzing and retrieving data from a monitoring system for monitoring a plurality of rotary machinery, such as turbines, is disclosed. A notification of an anomaly event is received from the monitoring system and tag data associated with the anomaly event is retrieved using a computer-implemented data retrieval tool. The tag data is stored at a central location and one or more objects are generated at the central location according to an event model. The one or more objects are stored as an event data object at the central location. The event data object is accessible by one or more client devices configured to render the one or more objects associated with the event data object in a graphical user interface.
