Publication number: 20260211817Abstract: Modular systems and methods for concept-based processing of natural language are provided. An ontology dictionary stores concepts each having a concept identifier, attributes, and typed relationships. Natural language inputs are mapped to concept identifiers, optionally by deriving intermediate units using transforms or statistical analysis and mapping the intermediate units to concepts, or by mapping raw tokens to concepts. A neural network model processes the concept identifiers to generate outputs. During inference and/or training, a trace engine records activation information associated with concepts and stores activation information or derived statistics in a trace data structure. A resource controller uses the trace data structure to reconfigure, during inference for subsequent inputs, a resource allocation policy that allocates frequently used concept data to a faster memory tier and allocates infrequently used concept data to a slower tier or specialized tail handling.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 19, 2026Publication date: July 23, 2026Inventor: Leon Rivkin

Publication number: 20260179872Abstract: An electron beam source includes a vacuum chamber containing a cathode and an anode separated by a vacuum gap forming a local full-voltage capacitive structure storing electrical energy at an operating voltage. A high-voltage power supply charges the capacitive structure without an intervening Marx generator, linear transformer driver, Tesla transformer, pulse-forming network, or pulse-forming transmission line. A triggering arrangement initiates electron emission to produce electron pulses traversing the vacuum gap, with discharged electrical energy transferred predominantly to electrons crossing the gap. In some embodiments, the local capacitive structure stores a majority of total electrical energy stored at the operating voltage in capacitances directly coupled between conductors at cathode and anode potentials. Multi-beam configurations, beam steering, passive synchronization, and contamination management features may be included.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 19, 2025Publication date: June 25, 2026Inventor: Leon Rivkin

Publication number: 20260171264Abstract: A fusion energy system is provided employing staged magnetic micro-chambers with dynamically reconfigurable magnetic valves for plasma transfer. Multiple plasma acceleration channels, each containing a series of magnetic confinement regions defined by quasi-closed flux surfaces, converge on a microscale collision zone. Each micro-chamber operates in a confinement mode with closed magnetic topology or a valve mode with transiently opened flux channels that may be understood as time-gated weak points or breach zones in the confining field. Plasma packets are sequentially compressed and transferred between chambers as collimated jets driven by pressure differentials through narrow valve throats formed by coordinated driver and trim coil current changes.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 15, 2025Publication date: June 18, 2026Inventor: Leon Rivkin

Patent number: 9727389Abstract: Systems and methods are used to provide distributed processing on a service provider network that includes a plurality of remotely located consumer devices. Each of the remotely located consumer devices includes a processing device. A service is provided from the service provider network to the remotely located consumer devices. Distributed processing of a task on the processing devices of the remotely located consumer devices occurs, the distributed processing being unrelated to the service provided to the consumers. The distributed processing occurs even when the processing devices are in use by corresponding remotely located consumer devices.Type: GrantFiled: June 11, 2015Date of Patent: August 8, 2017Assignee: CSC Holdings, LLCInventors: Richard W.
