  • Patent number: 11632147
Abstract: A physical layer transceiver for a data channel includes receiver circuitry configured to receive signals on the data channel, transmit circuitry configured to transmit signals onto the data channel, and adaptive filter circuitry coupled to the receiver circuitry and the transmit circuitry and configured to filter the data channel by operating on input frequency-domain data samples to output filtered data samples. The adaptive filter circuitry includes error sample generation circuitry configured to generate error samples representing a difference between a target response and the filtered data samples, arithmetic-only circuitry configured to approximate a windowing function to operate on the error samples, and output sample generation circuitry configured to operate on windowed error samples to provide the output filtered data samples. The comparison circuitry may be configured for time-domain operation and may further be configured to transform the error signals into frequency-domain error signals.

  • Patent number: 7827939
Abstract: A modular bird cage includes a plurality of support posts located at the corners of the cage. The support posts are made up of an internal column and an external post surrounding the internal column. The internal column is internally threaded to rigidly connect a base portion and an upper portion of the bird cage. The internally threaded column engages a vertically extending threaded stud extending from the base portion. Two perpendicular, radially extending lugs are mounted on the base portion spaced from the stud. The internally threaded column, when fully engaged with the externally threaded stud, abuts against the two radially projecting lugs, filling the space between the stud and the lugs. A hollow external post is passed over the column and includes two perpendicularly located arched openings which engage the two lugs mounted on the base portion.

  • Publication number: 20100101502
Abstract: A revolving bird feeding assembly where bird food in a birdcage can be changed or added to without intrusion into the birdcage. This object is accomplished by the use of a bird feed cup mounted in a receptacle which is rotatably mounted in an opening of a side panel of the birdcage. The receptacle supports the bird feeding cup in the birdcage. When it is time to either change the bird food or add additional bird food to the bird feeding cup, a slide bolt is moved into a retracted position. In this position, the receptacle is allowed to rotate 180° so that the bird feeding cup is moved from a position inside of the birdcage to a position outside of the birdcage.
