  • Publication number: 20240095123
Abstract: A method includes determining a quantity of errors for a bit string based on a quantity of bits having a logical value of one within the bit string and writing an indication corresponding to the quantity of errors for the bit string to an array of memory cells. The method can further include determining that the quantity of errors for the bit string has reached a threshold quantity of errors and refraining from performing a subsequent operation to determine the quantity of errors for the bit string in response to determining that the quantity of errors for the bit string has reached the threshold quantity of errors.

  • Publication number: 20210033252
Abstract: The invention provides a LED luminaire comprising a frame shape formed of straight arms (12, 20) which each carry an LED arrangement (18, 26), and connections (30) which provide mechanical connection between the support arms (12, 20) and electrical connection between the LED arrangements (18, 26) of those arms (12, 20). The frame shape has a central opening (25) which assists cooling by convection and it can be manufactured using a low cost extrusion process.

  • Patent number: 10142093
Abstract: A method includes receiving an optical signal through an optical link and determining a receiving power for the optical link. The method further includes comparing the receiving power for the optical link to a first receiving power threshold and transitioning a clock and data recovery circuit form a normal mode to a holdover mode when the receiving power is less than the first receiving power threshold. The clock and data recovery circuit, when operating in the holdover mode, configured to hold a recovered clock to a known-good clock frequency. When the receiving power for the optical link is greater than a second receiving power threshold, the method initiates a transition of the clock and data recovery circuit from the holdover mode to the normal mode and reacquires synchronization between the recovered clock and a current rate of the incoming data stream using the known-good clock frequency.
