The server transmits a questionnaire form to the client device associated with the user over the wireless communications network. The form comprises one or more questions to solicit a real-time feedback from the user. The server receives a user's response to the form from the client device associated with the user, provides access to the wireless network to the client device associated with the user, stores the user's response to the form in a database, and inhibits access to the wireless network to the client device if the user's response to the form are determined to be incomplete or non-responsive.
