  • Patent number: 11104495
Abstract: The bucket hawk provides a readily usable, inexpensive and easily assembled device for transporting and holding drywall joint compound that has been removed from the plastic container that may range in size from a container having several pounds to tens of pounds of compound therein. The bucket hawk provides a removable handle that is attached to the bucket lid. The lid is removed and the handle attached to the underside of the lid, preferably. The compound is removed from the bucket and placed on the hawk/lid. After use, the handle may be removed and the lid placed back on the bucket/container. If a sufficient amount of the compound has been removed, the handle may remain on the underside of the lid when replaced on the container. The handle may be placed on the underside or topside of the lid.

  • Patent number: 10470598
Abstract: The safety lid can be used on cups. The lid has an outer wall and a flat roof near the outer wall. A red line is placed on the lower outer wall and on the outer edge of the roof. The outer wall and a safety ring thereon will have at least one or more complementary dents/indents. The safety ring is L-shaped and fits closely about the outer wall and roof. In order to secure the safety lid, the ring is pressed downward onto the lid on the cup. The red line on the roof of the lid is covered by the short leg of the L-shaped safety ring and the red line on the lower outer wall is covered by a lower wall section of the safety ring. Locking flaps or triangles may also be included to engage the cup.

  • Patent number: 9828801
Abstract: The ladder safety device is for blocking access to the lower rungs of a portable extension ladder. During use, the ladder may have to remain positioned against a structure in that it is part of the temporary scaffolding or for other reasons. In one embodiment, a container having a width slightly less than the width between the side rails is positioned on a higher rung by a pair of hooks. A slot in the container has one end of a flexible panel extending therefrom with hooks thereon. The panel is unwound upon a controllable shaft when pulled from the container and the lower hooks are attached to a lower rung. A locking device must be activated to allow for the removal of the lower hooks and then the retraction of the panel into the container. The device may be incorporated into the rung.

  • Patent number: 9431779
Abstract: An extension cord light source provides a source of light without additional cords or light units. A light source is attached or attachable to the end of an extension cord. The light source may be a light bulb-shaped source having multiple LEDs therein. Clear plastic encloses the devices therein and allows for multi-directional light beams. The LEDs may connected to a switch with multiple positions for controlling the amount of light. The extension cord lines pass through the bulb and into an outlet being a female plug. This combination thus eliminates the need for a drop light. A removable shade may be also attached to the bulb to prevent unnecessary light. A pilot lamp is included in the bulb to indicate that the power is present. The bulb may have a male plug therein that will accept the female plug of a conventional extension cord.
