    Abstract: A hand held potato spiraler is disclosed having a handle, a blade extending parallel to the handle, a plurality of cutter bars extending perpendicular to and between the blade and handle, and a spike having an auger extending perpendicularly from the base of the blade and the handle for pulling the potato into the blade and cutter bars for cutting long spiral ribbons from said potato.
