  • Patent number: 9188248
Abstract: A wire management device can facilitate the organization and retention of a plurality of wires. The wire management device may include a plurality of semi-enclosed arms through which a plurality of wires can be passed. The plurality of semi-enclosed arms can support the plurality of wires, and one or more of the wires can be directed outside of the wire management device, at various positions along the wire management device, through gaps between adjacent semi-enclosed arms. In some implementations, flexible cable retainer(s) can be attached to the plurality of semi-enclosed arms and can be operable to preclude wires from being inadvertently removed from the wire management device.

  • Publication number: 20130004633
Abstract: Food smoker with self-basting features and relatively low thermal conductivity chip bowls. A lid of the food smoker may include downward pointing protrusions to control dripping onto food being smoked. This self-basting feature reduces the need to open the food smoker to baste the food smoking. The food smoker may include a ceramic chip bowl to reduce the rate of consumption of wood chips used to add flavoring to the food being smoked. This further reduces the need to open the food smoker. The housing of the smoker may be constructed with inner and outer walls, minimizing the heat loss during the cooking process. In combination, these features result in an improved food smoker that requires less user interaction than traditional systems. Moreover, the food smoker may need to be opened fewer times during the smoking process, which reduces heat loss and thus leads to greater energy efficiency.

  • Patent number: 7784755
Abstract: A clip assembly having first and second clip members. In an example embodiment the first and second clip members are generally matching. Each clip member includes a mounting member adapted to envelope and slide along an edge of an associated mounting support, such as a ceiling T rail. Each clip member further includes a spacer member arranged generally parallel to the mounting member. The clip members are adapted to be mutually engaged by the engaging means included in respective spacer members when the first and second clip members are drawn together as a result of the respective mounting members sliding toward each other along opposed edges of the mounting support. The clip assembly is secured to the mounting support by an external screw and capable of being easily released from it, when necessary.

  • Publication number: 20070219895
Abstract: Data are received that represents current prices of options on a given asset. An estimate is derived from the data of a corresponding implied probability distribution of the price of the asset at a future time. Information about the probability distribution is made available within a time frame that is useful to investors, for example, promptly after the current option price information becomes available.

  • Patent number: 7241170
Abstract: An improved bracket is utilized in a mounting system for a modular system connector used in connecting devices to cables such as network cable, coaxial cable, or fiber optic cable. The bracket has a pair of mounting portions for securing to an outlet box and a modular receiving portion for receiving a modular connector. The modular receiving portion is located in the outlet box and angled downward to allow the connection of the cable at such an angle and position that it can connect to a flush mounted device. Accordingly, the modular connector is not flush or projecting from the outlet such as in conventional devices and therefore is not required to be removed from its mounting in order to mount a flush mounted device such as a voice over IP telephone.

  • Patent number: 7140889
Abstract: This invention is directed to a security system for wireless access points which includes a clamp assembly and a locking device. The clamp assembly is clamped around I/O panel connectors, and then secured to the access point enclosure frame via a metal capture plate. The metal capture plate extends from an end of the clamp assembly and engages the lower half of the access point enclosure frame, securing the clamp assembly to the access point. Additionally, the locking device locks the clamp assembly halves in a closed position, thus preventing removal of the access point and blocking any unauthorized users from accessing the I/O ports.
