  • Patent number: 8536758
Abstract: An electric machine including a rotor (R) with a shaft (4) having a longitudinal axis (x-x) and a stator (S1; S2) with two stator units coaxially disposed one inside and the other outside the rotor (R). The inner stator (S1) having an annular part from which a plurality of teeth (D1) emerge radially and centrifugally. The external stator (S2) having an annular part from which a plurality of teeth (D2) emerge radially and centripetally. The said rotor (R) includes a rotor ring (1) formed by a plurality of parallelepiped permanent magnets (2) having predetermined width, height and length (W2, H2, P2).

  • Patent number: 8381389
Abstract: A method for assembling the rotor (R) connected with a shaft (4) and made by permanent magnets (2). The method includes providing an annular flange (9); forming a plurality of fixed linear guides on the annular flange (9); positioning another annular flange (90) on the guides; and locking the second flange (90) to the guides, so that the magnets (2) are clamped, inside the guides, by the first and the second flange (9, 90). The guides are formed by inserting a rod (13) through each of passing holes (91) in the first flange (9) and locking the rods (13) to the first flange (9); fitting, on the rods (13), a body (12) having a central portion with a passing hole (121) and side arms (122); fitting a spacer (11) on each rod (13); and fitting, on each rod, a body (12) having a passing hole (121) and two arms (122).

The inner stator (S1) having an annular part (CR1) from which a plurality of teeth (D1) emerge radially and centrifugally. The external stator (S2) having an annular part (CR2) from which a plurality of teeth (D2) emerge radially and centripetally. The said rotor (R) comprises a rotor ring (1) formed by a plurality of parallelepiped permanent magnets (2) having predetermined width, height and length (W2, H2, P2). The width of the teeth of the inner stator unit (S1) is LG1=30% W2; LT1=40% W2.

  • Publication number: 20110167623
Abstract: Method for assembling the rotor (R) of an electric machine including a rotor (R) solid with a shaft (4) having a longitudinal axis (x-x) and made by more identical permanent magnets (2) forming a rotor ring. Each of the said permanent magnets (2) is a parallelepiped body. The method comprises the following steps: providing a first annular flange (9); forming a plurality of fixed linear guides onto a side of the said first annular flange (9), the said guides being angularly regularly spaced and orthogonal to the flange on which they are formed; inserting the magnets (2) in said guides and sliding the magnets towards the said first flange (9); positioning of a second annular flange (90) on said guides; locking of the said second flange (90) to the said guides, ides, so that the said magnets (2) are clamped, inside said guides, by the first and the second flange (9, 90).

  • Patent number: 6257283
Abstract: According to the invention, the manufacturing of a textile article comprises weaving an article with one or more wefts and at least one additional warp. The threads of the warp are moved orthogonally to those of the underlying warp before inserting the weft threads. Loom elements are provided for orthogonal warp movement.
