Abstract: A device for gripping necks of packed sacks comprises a housing (1) with a horizontal support (2), and a frame (3) one side (6, 7) of which is pivotably connected to the housing (1), whereas the other side has a horizontal rod member (8) forcing the neck (9) of the packed sack (10) to the horizontal support (2) of the housing (1). The pivot (11) for connecting the frame (3) to the housing (1) is arranged below the horizontal support (2) of the housing (1). Side bars (12, 13) of the housing (1) have ears (14, 15) horizontal axes (16, 17) of which are offset relative to the horizontal support (2) of the housing (1) and arranged in a vertical plane (18) tangent to the horizontal rod member (8) of the frame (3) in a position, when the horizontal rod member (8) is brought in contact with the support (2) of the housing (1).

Abstract: A device for gripping and hoisting packed sacks includes a contrivance for mounting the device onto a hoisting machine, load bearing members rigidly coupled to the contrivance for mounting the device onto a hoisting machine. The load bearing members carry vertical plates hinged thereto and turnable from an actuator. The free ends of the load bearing members has slots whose longer faces are in a position of angularity with respect to the end faces of the load bearing members. The device incorporates also two rods arranged parallel to each other, of which the rod is rigidly fixed with its ends to the vertical plates while the other rod is fitted in the slots of the load bearing members. The load bearing member carries a mechanism for restricting the load upon the actuator imparting turning motion to the vertical plates, said mechanism being kinematically associated with the rod fitted in the slots of the slots of the load bearing members.

Abstract: A characteristic feature of the proposed pickup conveyer, comprising drive shafts, a conveyer belt carrying support elements held thereto, spring-actuated double pickup fingers provided with a yoke-shaped interspring crosspiece and made fast on said support elements resides in the fact that said support element is shaped as a channel iron between the flanges of which the spring-actuated double pickup finger is mounted, said flanges having holes for a U-shaped holder to fit, one of the ends of said holder being recurvate towards the ends of the pickup fingers.
