A urine reservoir constructed to wrap around and attach to a catheter user's lower leg above the ankle so that the weight of the reservoir is supported on the ankle and above the foot. The reservoir is formed from overlapping, elongated strips of flexible, water-impermeable material having a central portion and opposed end portions. An internal urine cavity is formed in the central portion between the strips. First and second inter-engageable fasteners are formed at opposed, lengthwise ends of said strips to connect the reservoir around user's lower leg.
