Abstract: An apparatus and method for irradiation of fluid with electromagnetic radiation, and in particular to an apparatus and method for irradiation of blood or other body fluids with ultraviolet radiation is provided. The apparatus (1) comprises a housing (2) having disposed therein at least one mount (6) adapted for receiving an ultraviolet radiation source (7) and at least one holder (8) adapted for receiving a container of the fluid. The housing (2) is adapted for operability between a first position, wherein the container (9) may be placed in the holder (8) and a second position, wherein the housing (2) may form a capsule. The apparatus further comprises a control assembly for powering the ultraviolet radiation source (7). At least a portion of the inner surface of the housing (2) is capable of reflecting the ultraviolet radiation.

Abstract: A herbal composition that aids in the relief of symptoms caused by edema, cyanosis, blood stasis, neuropathy and related conditions is provided, including one or more of cayenne extract, myrrh essential oil, frankincense essential oil, cinnamon essential oil, ginger essential oil, and powdered saffron in a carrier oil, preferably safflower oil. Further provided is a method of administration of the herbal composition, by application to the exterior surfaces of the human body using massage strokes in the direction of venous blood flow.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an organic compound which assists in minimizing the appearance of or removing unwanted skin growths and discolorations without damaging or scarring the skin. The organic compound of the present invention include a mineral from the family of pyrophyllite and organic apple cider vinegar. The ratio of the bentonite to the vinegar is between about 1:1 to 1:1.5, by weight (grams) to by volume (milliliters). The mineral is preferably bentonite or montmorillonite. A method for making and applying the organic compound is also presently disclosed This method includes a first step of providing a mineral from the family of pyrophyllite. In a second step, organic apple cider vinegar is provided. The mineral is then mixed with the vinegar to form a paste. The paste is then applied to areas of the skin upon which there are growths. Preferably, between about 0.18 to about 0.21 grams of the paste should be applied to about every 0.5 cm of the growth.
