  • Patent number: 9145884
Abstract: Device to deliver fluid products, using a plurality of canisters, each containing a predetermined fluid, and connected to an associated delivery unit. The device has a rotating support, on which the plurality of canisters and the delivery units are mounted, able to position at different moments of time and according to one or more predetermined sequences, one or more desired and selected delivery units in a corresponding delivery position, in order to deliver predetermined quantities of fluid in an exit container so as to obtain a final product with a desired final composition and/or formula. The device further has a way for mixing the fluids contained in the canisters and a movement member, for moving the mixing mechanism. The movement member includes a mixing cam element, substantially circular, concentric to said rotating support and rotatable with respect to it, in at least a reciprocal condition of release between the rotating support and said mixing cam element.

  • Patent number: 8567643
Abstract: Device to deliver fluid products or suchlike, comprising a plurality of canisters, each one suitable to contain a predetermined fluid, and connected to an associated delivery unit. Each delivery unit comprises a bellows pump, alternatively drivable between a condition in which it sucks in the fluid from the corresponding canister and a condition in which it delivers the fluid. The delivery device also comprises actuator means able to cooperate directly or indirectly with each bellows pump in order to drive it between the suction condition and the delivery condition. The actuator means comprise a acutation cam element, rotatable alternatively in two opposite directions of rotation, and having a profile able to cooperate during its rotation with the bellows pump, so as to define in a first direction of rotation the suction condition and in the opposite direction of rotation the delivery condition.

  • Publication number: 20050269370
Abstract: A circuit for dispensing fluids, in particular, dyes, inks, paints and the like, including pump means including a variable-volume chamber with at least one flexible wall. The pump means communicate with an output duct for dispensing the fluids. Two one-way valves are mounted in series in the outlet duct.

  • Publication number: 20020195462
Abstract: A dispensing unit for a fluid dispensing machine comprises at least an inlet duct (35) and an outlet duct (36) for fluid products, connected to a variable-volume pumping chamber (30) comprising at least one flexible wall (30a). Two non return valves mounted in counter-phase are located in the inlet and outlet ducts (35, 36), respectively. The pumping chamber is coupled to actuator means comprising a stepper motor (20) a screw-nut screw unit and a carriage (28). The carriage moves the pumping chamber from a zero position in which the chamber has a maximum volume to an upper limit in which the chamber has a minimum volume. An optic sensor (40) defines the zero point of the pumping chamber (30) so as to guarantee precision and repeatability of the dispensing operations.

  • Patent number: 5906433
Abstract: A mixer for products generally disposed in containers, such as, for example, varnishes, paints and the like, comprises a support structure to which a unit, generally movable selectively along a predetermined path, for supporting and clamping at least one container, is connected. The support unit comprises two clamping plates which are mounted on linear sliding guides and are rotatable about a common vertical axis in the operative condition. A plurality of idle wheels roll along an annular path on a surface of each plate in order to withstand loads perpendicular to the plates. The upper support plate can be driven along an axis parallel to the common axis by means of driving screws and is mounted on linear sliding guides and the lower support plate is slidable selectively along an axis perpendicular to the common axis.

  • Patent number: 5904421
Abstract: A device for mixing paints, varnishes and liquid products in general comprises a support unit for the liquid products, which is intended to support and clamp at least one container. A series of sensors is associated with the device in order to provide signals indicative of a characteristic of the container or of the liquid products, for example, the size of the container. Further sensors provide signals indicative of the position of the support unit during its mixing movement. Further signals coming from units outside the device, together with any data input by an operator, contribute to the selection and the control of the sequence or mode of operation in a mixing method including the steps of starting, regulating and stopping a main motor and an auxiliary motor for clamping and releasing the container and for locking the support unit in a predetermined starting position which corresponds to a final position upon completion of the mixing.

  • Patent number: 5784854
Abstract: A perforating and plugging device for a dye-dispensing machine comprising at least one output nozzle and a support structure for a container, comprises a perforating member for forming a hole in the container substantially in vertical alignment with the nozzle of the dispensing machine. A plugging member which can house a plug is movable selectively from a rest position to an operative position in order to fit the plug in the hole formed in the container. The perforating member is mounted on a slide element movable horizontally and interacting with articulation means which can move the plugging member, rotating it substantially through an angle of 90.degree. from the rest position to the operative position.
