The voltage measuring device is used to measure voltage of the cigarette-lighter in the car, the voltage rises when the car is started up and the voltage declines when the engine is turned off. The voltage measuring device reports to the controlling device about voltage rising or voltage declining. The inputting device is designed for a driver to report to the controlling device about whether children are in the cars or not. The promoting device is used to warn driver that there are children inside of the car when the car are started up or when the engines are turned off.
