    Abstract: Device to hold a newly planted tree. Elongated flexible band is wrapped around the first of a pair of stakes and extends to and is wrapped around the tree trunk and then extends to and is wrapped around the second of the pair of stakes. Rings at each of the stakes and at the trunk permit the wound-around condition and a hook and loop self-gripping fastener secures the band of the second stake.
