The mounting system includes a pair of board mounting brackets, such that a section of the board mounting bracket is positionable a predetermined distance from a mounting surface. The mounting system further includes projector mount bracket wherein a portion of the projector mount bracket is also positionable a predetermined distance from a mounting surface such that a desired distance is maintained between the projector and the IWB when the system is installed over an existing structure.
