A lug, receivable through the opening within the receptacle is carried by a flap extending from the upper of the shoe. An indentation carried by the lug is matingly engageable with a protrusion residing within the receptacle. Pressure from the foot of the wearer upon the sole of the shoe prevents disengagement of the lug from the receptacle.
