Each of the plurality of spindles is moveable parallel to the first axis. The fastening system also has a second axis, which is substantially perpendicular to the first axis. Each of the plurality of spindles is also moveable parallel to the second axis. A template member is configured to locate the plurality of spindles, and is not permanently fastened to the housing.
