Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, can be implemented to perform actions for assessing a capability of an organization. The actions can include receiving multiple normalization factors associated with raw consumer data related to the capability of the organization, generating normalized consumer data related to the capability of the organization based on the multiple normalization factors associated with the raw consumer data, generating a graph illustrating the normalized consumer data with respect to a performance of a market including the organization and one or more competitors of the organization such that the graph provides an assessment of the capability of the organization, and outputting the graph to a processing device for display of the graph to effect an organizational decision based on the assessment.
